Refund policy
Exchanges or returns for store credit on unopened, unused hair may be done within 15 days. For returns for store credit and exchanges, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping. We do not offer refunds.
IF an order ever comes damaged or defective upon arrival. Please open and inspect your order upon receipt and contact contact@ltinhair.com within 72 hours in the case of damage or defect.
To request a return for store credit or exchange for a hair tool purchased on our website, please email contact@ltinhair.com within 15 days. We will respond to all emails promptly within the hours of 9am - 5 pm Monday to Friday. For returns and exchanges, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping.
